RETURN POLICY

Please note: We only accept orders that:

• Are in the original packaging including labels and tags.
• Are returned in their original condition and without signs of use.
• Are returned within 30 days of receipt.

If the returned item does not meet any of the three requirements above, LOOXLABEL is entitled not to refund the order amount and/or not to return the product to the customer.

Once we have received and approved your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account you used to place your order.

Customers have the option to cancel their order free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be shipped and can only be returned after receipt.

The sender is always responsible for shipping. It may therefore be useful to provide your package with a track and trace code. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
